Bad weather and strikes to disrupt public transport to Airports

With the unprecedented weather we've been experiencing here in the UK recently it's important to remember the impact it can have on public transport. Over the last month the UK public transport infrastructure has been tested to it's limit and in some case beyond. Trains have been cancelled due to trees fallinfg, flooding of track or damage to electrical systems. Buses have been cancelled or diverted from their normal routes to avoid flooded roads. With planned strikes due to take place in February on the London Underground and weather forecasts not showing any signs of improvement, it could be wise to consider arranging transport to an airport with a private hire vehicle service such as British Airport Transfers. British Airport Transfers are fully licence, provide clean and comfortable cars with friendly drivers. They'll even keep an eye on traffic and flight delays to ensure their drivers are there to pick you up on time without any additional charges.
